have questions from time to time concerning our
computers and internet service. There are many
different sources of technical (and not so technical)
information.
Our Tech Support staff is here to assist you with questions about
your account. The most frequently asked questions are
listed on our
FAQ page. Answers to your questions may already be listed here there
so please check there first.
You do not have to be connected to the
internet when you call us. Make sure that you have a
phone available at your computer desk when you call
since we may ask you to make changes in your
configuration.
It may be more convenient for you to E-mail your

We have a full technical repair service center for other
of computer problems. The charges are reasonable
